Terms of Service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WAZ Tech Studio website at waztechstudio.com and provide the general terms that apply when interacting with our website and services.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About WAZ Tech Studio
WAZ Tech Studio provides services including branding and identity, website design and development, UI/UX design, marketing, AI and automation, and AI-powered product and SaaS development.
Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and project terms will be agreed separately with each client.
These Terms do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement for a specific project.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Introduce malicious code, files, or software
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Use automated systems to misuse or disrupt the website
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with WAZ
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, or other users.
3. Website Content
The content on this website is provided for general information about WAZ, our capabilities, services, and selected work.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Information on this website should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular business, marketing, technical, or financial outcome.
4. Services and Project Work
Information about our services on this website is general in nature.
A project does not begin simply because you submit a contact form or communicate an initial enquiry.
Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, responsibilities, revisions, intellectual property arrangements, payment terms, and other relevant conditions should be agreed between WAZ and the client.
Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement will govern the relevant project.
5. Quotes and Proposals
Any estimate, proposal, pricing information, or timeline provided by WAZ before a formal agreement is intended for discussion and planning purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
A proposal may be subject to changes based on project scope, requirements, technical considerations, content availability, third-party services, or other factors.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, access credentials, brand assets, and other materials reasonably necessary for a project.
Delays in providing required information, feedback, approvals, or access may affect project timelines.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to WAZ do not infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WAZ retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, systems, processes, templates, tools, reusable components, methodologies, and other intellectual property used to deliver services.
Ownership or licensing of project-specific work will be determined by the relevant project agreement.
Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, APIs, AI models, platforms, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
8. Portfolio and Case Studies
Where permitted by the applicable client agreement, WAZ may display completed work in its portfolio, website, case studies, presentations, and marketing materials.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not permit public use of their name, project, or materials, WAZ will respect the agreed restrictions.
9. Third-Party Services and Platforms
Some projects may rely on third-party services, software, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, advertising platforms, AI services, or other external technologies.
WAZ does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, functionality, security, or policies.
Where a project depends on a third-party service, the client may need to maintain the relevant account, subscription, licence, or service.
10. AI Services
Where AI is used in a project, AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may require human review, editing, testing, validation, and approval.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected results.
WAZ will use reasonable professional judgment when implementing AI solutions, but no AI system can be guaranteed to produce error-free results in every situation.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving business-critical content, decisions, or outputs before relying on them.
11. Website and Technical Performance
We aim to build reliable, responsive, and well-structured websites and digital products.
However, website performance can depend on hosting, third-party services, plugins, browsers, networks, APIs, integrations, client content, and other factors outside our direct control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular performance result unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. Marketing and Business Results
WAZ provides strategy, creative, marketing, and technical services designed to support business goals.
However, no agency can guarantee specific levels of traffic, leads, sales, rankings, advertising performance, revenue, or other business results unless a specific contractual guarantee has been expressly agreed.
External factors such as competition, market conditions, budgets, platform changes, customer behaviour, and third-party algorithms can affect results.
13. Payments and Cancellation
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, refunds, cancellations, and project termination conditions will be set out in the applicable proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
Where a separate agreement exists, its payment and cancellation terms take precedence over these general website Terms.
14. Confidentiality
Information shared with WAZ in connection with a potential or active project may be treated as confidential where the circumstances reasonably indicate that it is confidential or where a separate confidentiality agreement applies.
Clients should identify particularly sensitive information and may request a separate confidentiality agreement where appropriate.
15. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
WAZ does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WAZ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
For client projects, any applicable limitation of liability will be governed by the relevant project agreement.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or materials you provide that infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms will be interpreted according to the laws applicable to WAZ Tech Studio, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution process having appropriate jurisdiction.
